eToro Introduces #WelcomeToTheClub Campaign

Leading global investment broker eToro who in October of this year launched a campaign to increase public awareness of crypto assets and cut the spread on all cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin in half have launched a community for football fans called “WelcometotheClub”.

eToro who partnered with Leicester City Football Club and is sponsoring seven Premier League football clubs (which was paid for with Bitcoin) at the start of the Premier League season is helping to educate fans.
They are providing ‘WelcomeToTheClub” members with tutorials, educational materials, market news and more, the fans will also have access to unique football content and the ability to enter competitions.

The best part?

The well-known comedian and TV presenter from Soccer AM, Lloyd Griffith has been signed up to kick off the campaign to front the video series, eToro Crypto Factor to help football fans who are interested in learning about investing and crypto assets. He will be traveling across the country to Premier League clubs.

That’s not all…

Throughout the Premier League, eToroWelcomeToTheClub branding will be seen with stadium advertising, pitch LEDs, social media and lots more.

eToro UK Managing Director, Igbal Gandham said that the WelcomeToTheClub campaign will help to educate football fans who are new to investing and show them the potential of crypto assets in global sport. He also said that they hope to continue providing information that can increase knowledge and the potential of crypto assets as well as investments in the more traditional asset classes.
